IT MANAGER (100%)

Your responsibilities

IT and technical support :
Manage the IT assets (hardware, software, licenses) and ensure proactive maintenance.
Provide reactive technical support to employees (business software, 3D modeling and rendering tools, hardware) to quickly resolve situations.
Act as an interface between users and external service providers, and monitor interventions and contracts.
Guarantee data security, server reliability and access to digital tools.
Optimize work tools for 3D modeling and rendering specialists: parameterization, hardware performance management (GPU, CPU, storage), resolution of technical problems.
Define and manage IT infrastructure evolution strategies and anticipate technological needs.
Explore and integrate relevant artificial intelligence (AI) tools and other emerging technologies to improve business processes.
Manage a budget by optimizing costs while ensuring a high level of service.
Development of Internal Tools
Develop simple, customized solutions to meet specific employee needs (scripts, task automation).
Establish communications between different databases and tools to optimize information flows.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve internal processes.

Your profile:
Higher education in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
Solid technical skills: systems administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, script development (Python, VBA, SQL, or equivalent).
Knowledge of automation tools and APIs to connect and enhance existing systems.
Experience in digital project management and online communication (CMS, SEO, social networks).
Ability to anticipate needs and integrate emerging tools (AI, automation).
Organization, autonomy and a collaborative spirit.

Product Design Intern (100%)

To complete our brilliant team, we are looking for the following profile:
Product Design Intern (100%)
Educational basis: completed Bachelor studies
Contract duration: 6 months
Language: French is the company language, with German and English as alternatives

Are you passionate about the design of objects and fundamentally curious?
Do you want to experience what it's like to work in an interdisciplinary team and actively shape client projects? Do you want to bring in your own ideas and get to know your personal strengths? Can you put your ideas down accurately on paper and do you want to know how we develop concepts and storytelling for an object? Do you know how to 3D model objects and can you put your ideas down accurately on paper? Do you have a manual capability for the development of prototypes and work with materials?

Architecture Intern (100%)

To complete our brilliant team, we are looking for the following profile:
Architecture Intern (100%)
Educational basis: completed Bachelor studies
Contract duration: 6 months
Language: French is the company language, with German and English as alternatives

Are you passionate about architecture as well as the design of spaces and are you fundamentally curious? Do you want to experience what it's like to work in an interdisciplinary team and actively shape client projects? Do you want to bring in your own ideas, develop concepts and get to know your personal strengths? Do you want to know how we develop concepts and storytelling for spaces, looking at architecture both from the outside and the inside? Do you know how to draw plans with CAD and can you put your ideas down accurately on paper?
